These 80 series sliders are designed to look like the factory steps. They are constructed out of 2x6x3/16" tube and attached to the frame with 2x1.5x1/4" formed u-channel that is gusseted at the frame plate. This bolt on version uses both bolts and u-bolt for attachment. The other version that I have consist of a 2x3x1/4" tube with a 1 5/8 .120 wall DOM round tube kicker. The attachment to the frame is the same. They both have formed 1/2" cat protection built into them. As seen above.

My new 100 series tube sliders are constucted of a 2x3x1/4" main rail with a 1 3/4" x .120wall DOM tube rube rail. They attach to the frame with a 2x2x1/4" outrigger with 1/4" plate that is gusseted at the frame. U-bolts are used for mounting. There are more pictures below of these sliders.

I also have sliders for 1st and 2nd generation 4-runners that are 2x4x1/4 square tube with 2x2x1/4 outrigers. These can be adjusted for body lift as well.

There are several options, such as different round tube configurations or material thickness for those who want something a little different on their rigs.
